The Vice President of the club is responsible for attending meetings with, or in place of, the President. Responsible for organizing transportation to practice and regattas, as well as entries, hotels, and trailering.

The Treasurer pays club bills and records financial transactions. He applies for money from the school and collects dues from team members. In addition, he maintains projected budgets and assesses the financial viability of club expenditures.

The Secretary keeps an accurate account of board and team activities and keeps both groups informed of important dates, events, and changes. The secretary also maintains the roster and listhosts.

The Parent/Alumni Chair is the main point-person for parents and alumni, keeping them updated on the status of the team, including race schedules. He also produces a quarterly newsletter that is sent out to both groups that summarizes the season.

The Fundraising Chair is responsible for managing a committee that organizes Rent a Rower, the Erg-a-Thon, and general sales of University of Chicago themed items.
